Casa Chino is the place to go to treat your palette to Chifa, a cuisine that blends Chinese and Latin American flavours. An array of culinary must-haves awaits, including prawn toast with creamy rocoto, tobiko and bonito, and mud crab and scallop dim sum with citrus chilli oil and coriander.
